March Madness

Man o man, I can't believe it's March already. The snow is melting here in Illinois (finally) but I am sure to see probably a dusting in April. It's been known to happen. Andrea and I are getting really excited for our upcoming trips. In fact we are counting the days. It's been a while since we have posted anything in here. Between Facebook and this it's tough to remember where I am posting stuff. I have turned 30 in the meantime...i know, that probably makes some of our audience feel old.

But anyways, Adelyn is starting to finally blossom in to a little mischievous little girl. She is loving to help around the house and is really starting to get into things. At this moment I just caught her in the bathroom playing with Andrea's makeup. Oops. Well I am going to try to get back in the habit of taking more and more photo's. My computer died and I got a replacement so that has taken some of the old time away from this...plus now I am starting to get into volunteer season, so weekends are starting to get booked up. Where does it all go?

Here is a photo from today of Adelyn making faces at the camera. She is starting to turn into a goofy girl.

One thing I am loving about the winter being almost gone, I finally get to take advantage of the sun roof in my car. Adelyn loves it and I can't wait to clean the car. Here's a picture of Adelyn co-piloting.

30 is empowering. I love the 30s. More confidence and I appreciate things more. You will like the 30s. Oh, except, the hangovers are worse. I forgot about that since now if I have a drink I fall asleep so I haven't had more than 2 in awhile. But if I do...my hangover starts around 2-3pm the next day. You wake up thinking...I don't feel so bad. Then at 2pm, you think....youth is wasted on the young.
